Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Jam With Cam's Piano Chord Teacher ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
The App is a piano chord learning tool that displays chord voicings, plays audio playback, and provides educational content for piano players. The App is available for iPad.
Free Features
The App provides the following features at no cost: viewing and playing any chord voicing, dual piano keyboards (left and right hand), drum accompaniment with multiple patterns, tempo and key adjustment, and loading previously saved songs.
Premium Subscription
Subscription Details
The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Premium") that unlocks additional features: save unlimited songs, access curated chord progressions and curriculum, all jazz voicings and patterns, and new content added regularly.
Free Trial
New subscribers may be eligible for a free 7-day trial. At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the subscription price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
Pricing and Billing
Subscription price is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial period if applicable. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing and Canceling Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to audio samples, chord voicings, curriculum, and visual design, is the property of JWC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
User Content
Songs and chord progressions you create and save using the App are stored locally on your device. You retain ownership of any content you create.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; or redistribute or resell the App or its content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. JWC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JWC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
